Abstract
This work aims to know the ways of inhabiting the homes during the confinement by the Covid19 due to the reconfiguration of school and work activities, as well as to recognize the emotional manifestations derived from confinement. The methodological design was qualitative through focus groups made up of university students. The students made changes in living in their homes around the reorganization of the use of spaces for school and work activities, family life, the use of time at home, and eating and sleeping habits. One of the limitations of the study was the need to carry out the field work through virtual platforms due to the health contingency. However, having carried out the focus groups during the confinement allowed us to approach the experience of what the young university students were experiencing in their homes. The study made it possible to identify the psychosocial tensions that arose in the confinement due to covid19 in the homes of university students and the modification of daily habits in the socio-spatial organization of the home.
