All research submitted to the  Revista del Centro de Investigación de La Universidad La Salle  that involves Animals must meet the following requirements:

1. Animal studies should be conducted in accordance with internationally accepted standards.
2. It is necessary to have a document that endorses the prior approval of the study by a corresponding ethics committee.
3. Inform about the research protocol and the mechanisms used in the study.

This documentation must be uploaded in the submission system in individual files (Read the instructions for support files). The information about the protocol and the approval of the research on animals will be visible in the published article.

The editors of the Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle will review that all studies with animals comply with the above requirements. In case of non-compliance the manuscript can be rejected. The editors reserve the right to contact the affiliation institution of the author/authors to obtain more information about the research.
