Scope

The Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle publish research articles, being a plural forum that allows the multi-, inter- and trans- disciplinary scientific dissemination. This journal is aimed to publish research oriented to the transformation and social innovation with a solid scientific and methodological base.

In the Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle we publish scientific and original articles from the multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary research, in Spanish and in English, directed to the scientific communities.

Scientific Strictness

The Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle published by the Universidad La Salle México is an electronic publication with double blind international revision. All manuscripts submitted for review will be evaluated under a rigorous review process. The publication of a manuscript will depend on the approving revisions and the fulfillment of the comments that the reviewers indicate. Each designated reviewer must be an expert in the research area to which the manuscript belongs. Manuscript that has not taken into account the comments and recommendations of the reviewers cannot be accepted. Any rejection will be based on the same rigor as the approvals.

 

Frequency of publication

The Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle published by the Universidad La Salle México is published every six months under an open access policy.

 

Publication time

The maximum lapse between the acceptance stage and the start of the peer review process is 90 days, the maximum period of peer review is 60 days, and the maximum period between the edition and the publication is 30 days.

 

Open access policy

This is an open access journal, meaning that all content is freely available and at no charge to the user or their institution. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful (non-commercial) purpose, without seeking prior permission from the editor or author..

 

Code of ethics

The Code of Ethics of the “Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle” follows the ethical standards validated in the "Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors" that is published by the Committee on Publications Ethics (COPE) and the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines that the international ethics committees establish for research.

 

Article processing charge

The Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle is an open access journal, where all published articles are freely available for all interested readers.

The Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle promotes non-commercial Open Access, for that reason, there are no "Article Processing Charges" for our authors and institutions that decide to publish their research results with us.

During more than 30 years of existence, the Revista del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad La Salle " has been strengthened and oriented in the search for scientific, technological and humanistic dissemination The journal publish research articles, being a plural forum that allows the multi-, inter- and trans- disciplinary scientific dissemination. This journal is aimed to publish research oriented to the transformation and social innovation with a solid scientific and methodological base.

In these years, we have increased the scientific quality of our publications. The journal accepts and assimilates technological changes in favor of scientific development, the consolidation of research groups and the dissemination of results derived from research projects aimed to generate social transformation.

In order to achieve consistent results and face the challenges of the present, fundamental changes have been introduced in the editorial team, the publication processes and the editorial line. Thanks to this we can offer greater clarity regarding the role played by each of its members in terms of a scientific approach, social responsibility and editorial ethics.
