Employment trends on tertiary sector for Millennial Generation

Abstract

This article makes a compilation about employment trends in tertiary sector from Millennial Generation with the purpose to do a reflection about labor market for young professionals in Mexico. For this aim, it will be analyzed their job profiles taking as a basis a previous research in the topic, with the use of a mixed method based on a combination between ethnography and descriptive statistics. In addition to this, it is important to state the demanded pattern by organizations of soft skills in order to improve their employability relating to those jobs thar nowadays request hard skills on candidates. Finally, an enumeration of some tertiary activities classified according to National Survey of Occupation and Employment (ENOE) and the National Institute for Social Security (IMSS) should be done in order to do a contribution about a research field concerning Millennial Generation and employability in tertiary sector, specifically for those graduated students coming from Post-Graduate Scholarship Programs abroad Mexico.
