Abstract
We are beginning by the fundamental principle of law as a guarantor of equality and freedom through the state. The different daily events in the world leads to a discussion in which you can see to maintain the sovereignty of a State or not and ask ourselves what makes us citizens do the legal principle of equality is dislocated? How do we build the difference from the other? The following sections try to give answers to the complexity of the issues raised and to this end we take the shape of the inclusion of human rights and how the inclusion of the rights of cultural or fourth generation. Ends that allow us to see if we can speak of a grammar or grammars of citizenship, or merely can we live together?
