Vol. 6 No. 1 (2024): Percepciones, mano de obra calificada y salarios mínimos, implicaciones para un mercado laboral equitativo
The worker's perception of the manager's leadership is crucial for their commitment and loyalty. This would imply a healthy work environment, greater work productivity and positioning of the company, which can also be achieved with the worker's academic preparation. However, if there are no conditions for said qualified worker, he or she would choose to migrate looking for better working conditions and therefore, undermine an optimal and equitable labor market. Among other actions, to avoid a bad perception and skilled migration, a labor policy can be created through salary increases. This story is what RISAD presents to its readers in this first issue of 2024.
