Social programs in terms of labor policy, regardless of their effectiveness or not, have been and will be part of the debate between academics, businessmen and citizens in general. In this issue that RISAD brings to its readers, we focus on two labor programs: “young people building the future” and the elimination or formalization of outsourcing and its implications in the labor market. In addition, the number is supported by a current article on the implications of the increase in the minimum wage by 2024, mainly on the level of employment.
