Studies to propose the salary increase 2020
Vol. 1 No. 02 (2019)In this issue we publish the results of the study to propose the increase to the minimum wage in 2020, it is noted that these increases have not been a fundamental cause of inflation and it is proposed to continue with a policy aimed at recovering purchasing power. Works are also published aimed at reviewing the underlying causes of the current structural problems that have an impact on the world of work.

Effects of the salary increase in Mexico 2019
Vol. 1 No. 01 (2019)In this first issue, employment conditions are analyzed against the historical wage increase that the minimum wage had in 2019, after 35 years of loss of purchasing power. Its purpose is to contrast the hypothesis that an extraordinary wage increase would affect the employment variable. The wage gaps for 14 economies and particular studies for Mexico, Brazil, Spain and Argentina are also shown.
