Valuation of the Kantian Legal Doctrine in Relation to Human Rights

Here is presented an assessment of those key points of kantian legal doctrine. I emphasize the merits and the limitations of this philosophy, specially in the doctrine on the rights of the humanity, the rights of State and of the individual, as well as its possible relationship with the Human Rights doctrine in the Charter of 1948.
