This essay addresses the issue about veracity in that expressed by man and the precedent intention which motivates such expression, as opting by hiding or showing what is considered right. In this sense, the Sartrean’s idea about bad and good faith, that of the man who lies and also that of the man who
recognizes at least, that he lies, respectively, constitutes a good starting point for this proposed reflection on the topic.
