Abstract

The tragic conception says that suffering comes from the same life circunstances of each man, which we can’t exclude us and which, only become aware of them, we are able to take a decision for our existence. Under this conception Arthur Schopenhauer and Miguel de Unamuno, who argue the pres- ence of an irrational residue in the life and death of every men, think that the tragic sense itself has the possibility to found an ethic view of human dignity.
