Program to reduce school dropouts on CECyTEBC

Abstract

This research aims to find the main factors of school dropout in high school through
current literature and carrying out a specific study for CECyTEBC Playas de Tijuana
campus. Among the specific objectives are contextualize the needs of the students,
likewise, specific lines of action will be established to address school dropouts at this
educational level, proposing a specific program for the context of the school, which can
be replicated in other subsystems or campuses. The strategies proposed are the provision
of training for teachers and the school community in the areas that affect school dropouts,
which are: academic performance, family environment, personal motivation, economy,
health and interpersonal relationships
