Actualmente ante problemáticas globales, como la pandemia del COVID-19, las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPyMEs) enfrentan diversos desafíos para poder sobrevivir a los cambios del entorno empresarial que las rodea, ante estas circunstancias, las MIPyMEs deben mejorar su competitividad para poder subsistir y permanecer en el mercado. Para ello, Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM) es un enfoque flexible y adaptable para brindar solución a problemas en los procesos de desempeño de las MIPyMEs con la finalidad de mejorar su competitividad.
