Abstract
The objective of this research was to identify the satisfaction and perception of performance that students of a bachelor's degree business program have, with the use of the didactic methodology of the flipped classroom during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in two different semesters in 2021 in Mexico. In the case of the first semester, a sample of 122 students was used and in the second 72 students.
The methodology of the study was a quantitative research with a descriptive scope and experimental design. The instrument used was a questionnaire based on a subjective perception scale, in which the student's perception of the development of mathematical competence, performance and satisfaction in the course was identified. The results for the two semesters studied indicate that the flipped classroom methodology contributes to greater student satisfaction, since it generates a perception of quality in the training received and a better integration of the learning obtained. In addition to greater satisfaction in students.
The conclusions of this study indicate the usefulness and relevance of the flipped classroom as an educational strategy in emergency remote education circumstances such as the Covid-19 pandemic.
