Home office is a work practice that is increasingly penetrating organizations due to the enormous benefits it brings to both the organization and employees. However, this modality was forced or obliged with the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been estimated that at the end of 2020 and the first half of 2021 at least 80% of work activities will be able to be carried out remotely. Ensuring that persons who work actively are properly trained and have the developed competencies necessary to fulfill this task, will ensure success in meeting the objectives of the companies and ensure the continuity of businesses and institutions.
