Main Article Content
Abstract
Business models in companies are experiencing transcendental changes to the extent that electronic commerce has become a benchmark. Its B2C format allows entering the digital market in collaboration with vision technologies such as augmented reality. The objective is to design a technological solution that allows implementing augmented reality in SMEs in the commercial sector, relying on the B2C business model. The agile software development methodology to be implemented is SCRUM due to the quality of its deliverables and the flexibility in product development. In the analysis phase, user stories and business modeling were obtained with the BPMN technique to capture the client's needs; as for the design phase, an architecture proposal was generated to integrate augmented reality and a package diagram for identifying software components.
Commercial companies seek to participate in the digital world through technological tools to enter this new environment, at the same time; they must present innovative ideas; therefore, augmented reality helps to enrich their content; technology solution proposals must preserve the essence of software engineering, but at the same time being understandable to society, thereby increasing the possibility of adoption in areas with technological growth.
